If your Root® coding robot is frozen or unresponsive, try to hold the yellow button (its nose) for 10 seconds until the robot turns off. Then, turn the robot back on. If the robot flashes red, the robot needs charging. If the robot does not move when you code a program and press play, ensure that your device and iRobot Coding app are properly connected to that robot. You will need to reconnect to the robot after it is reset.
If your robot is still misbehaving after being reset, please contact us for assistance.
