Check the following:
Are the blocks properly added to your canvas/project?
Is the firmware up to date?
Is the block within 5–10 feet of your device?
Note:
Blocks connected to a physical block will appear gray in your SAM Space workspace.
If your blocks are showing white on the screen but are lighting up white physically, open the Inputs & Outputs tab.
Swap the gray (physical) blocks in for the white (virtual) blocks if needed.
