Where can I find the batch number needed to replace a block?

Check the confirmation email sent when your kit shipped—this includes the batch number and purchase date. If you can’t find it, simply enter “unknown” for the Batch Number and provide an estimated purchase date on the replacement sheet.

Note: The Batch Number is printed on a sticker at the bottom of your kit. It’s usually two letters followed by four numbers.
